Verder UK nominated for PIA Awards

Once again, Verder UK have been nominated for the finals of the Pump Industry Association Awards. Verder UK have been selected as finalists in the ‘Distributor of the year’ and ‘Technical innovation’ categories.

Mike Heap, Verder UK Director commented “It’s with great satisfaction that Verder UK has been recognised for our efforts in supplying the pumps and service our customers need. We have invested a great deal in our distribution set-up and the dosing service we give to major water authorities”.

The ‘Technical Innovation’ category recognises the innovative Verder Dosing system, developed and installed in partnership with Naiad Aquatic Environmental Services. The dosing system is designed to dose both crystal and liquid formats of chemicals for water and waste water treatment. The benefits of the system are a reduction in chemical costs, site deliveries, carbon foot print and an increase in the efficient handling of the dosing process using the crystal format of the chemical.
