Verdermag Global’s Norwegian distributor, Turoteknikk, has recently benefited from the company’s customer service when re-supplying an already long standing customer, Shell, on the Draugen Field Development. Anthony Beckwith, Global Product Manager explains: “Shell had been using one of our centrifugal pumps previously and as they had been pleased with its performance for the last 16 years, when they needed a new one, they knew exactly what they wanted. We re-quoted for the system and as a result of our competitive quote and quick lead times we won the order once more.
