Verderair industrial

General

Our diaphragm pumps are highly engineered, delivering a smooth, reliable flow at all times. The new air valves design guarantees a perfect, non-stalling operation, even at low pressure and does not need any lubrication. Thanks to their unique design, they are able to handle very abrasive and / or viscous products.

The pump is simple by design: its construction allows it to undertake arduous tasks that other pumps would not be able to handle, which means less maintenance and a reduction in life time costs. Across the range, components in the the pumps can be chnaged to suit a very wide range of industrial applications.

The pump is easy to use - flow can be achieved on demand and altered by simple air or fluid regulation.Right across the range, displacement per stroke is high; this substantially increases the life of the pump, reducing the maintenance and lifetime costs.

Models & Materials

Verder manufactures aodd pumps in a wide variety of internal materials and casings to operate in different environments and handle many different applications. Verder has selected those materials, which offer the best combination of benefits to the end user.

The used wetted pump part materials

  • Acetal
  • Polypropylene
  • Kynar
  • Aluminium
  • Cast Iron
  • Stainless Steel.

For ball and /or diaphragm

  • PTHE
  • Hytrel
  • Santoprene
  • Viton
  • BUNA-N
  • SS
  • Acetal

NEW - Atex: Verderair now offers pumps in conductive polypropylene housing. With this unique material you can benefit from the polypropylene-advantages in an Atex environment.

The flow range is from 0.1 up to 1,060 l/min and pressures up to 8 bar (or 16 bar for high-pressure models).

Applications

  • Drum transfer
  • Circulation of low/high viscosity inks, stains and dyes
  • Waste fluid removal from quench tanks, sumps and spray booths
  • Process transfer filling and emptying process vessels and mixing tanks
  • Slurries and sludges
  • Food transfer
  • Ceramics
  • Truck unloading
