Verdergear VG1000 gear pumps

When pumping in critical environments efficiency, reliability and flexibility are a first requirement. Verdergear VG gear pumps are excellent pumps for pumping chemicals. The Verdergear VG external gear pumps are sealless positive displacement pumps.
The leak-free pumping solution, nowadays already common use for many years, is applied in a compact pump unit, processor and/or remote controlled (RS232) or via LAN.
The Verdergear VG 1000 micro external gear pumps are widely used all over the world in general industry purposes and many research laboratories.

Drives

The Verdergear VG 1000 micro pump series is available with 3 drive versions:

VG1000 electronic drive

An electronic drive for the Verdergear VG1000 micro laboratory and dosing pumps. Suitable for pump heads up to 200 l/h. Protection class IP 55 is standard for this drive series. Basic (analogue) and Digit (remote control 0-10V or 4-20mA signals.

1 or 3 stage motors

1 or 3 stage motors, also explosion proof (IP 55) and electronically controlled motors. Standard rotation speed is 2900 rpm (AC motors). Other velocities or DC motors are available on request.

Also Eex-e or an Eex-de motors can be equipped.

Pump heads

The Verdergear VG 1000 micro pump heads have a maximum flow range of 480 l/h at a differential pressure of 7 -16 bar. All pumps are equipped with a magnetic coupled drive (mag drive) and therefore no shaft seals are used. With materials such as SS316 and PEEK for the gears almost all fluids can be pumped.
