The Verdergear R internal gear pump series are used for fluids of all viscosity ratings. Solvents up to 1mm2/s or chocolate (max 100,000 mm2/s) can be pumped without any problem. The special design makes the Verdergear R gear pumps suitable also for lubricating and non-lubricating fluids as well as for liquids with solids.

The Verdergear R internal gear pumps are available in 6 models and are available in sealed or magnetic driven versions. The sealed versions can be equipped with single or double mechanical seals and lantern ring. The magnet driven internal Verdergear R pumps have no glands, seals and are 100% leakfree.

Specific applications with Verdergear R internal gear pumps
The Verdergear R internal gear pumps are used for liquids of any viscosity such as solvents, chocolate or bitumen. The liquid may be lubricating or non-lubricating and may contain abrasive particles such as colored pigments.
The Verdergear R gear pumps can be used in all kind of industrial processes such as petrochemical, paint and resin, soap and detergent, food, chocolate or paper.
The internal gear pumps are excellent for high viscous liquids, with its constant capacity and smooth non-pulsating flow. Verdergear R internal gear pumps are self-priming.
Material choices
The Verdergear R internal gear pumps are manufactured in cast iron or stainless steel. Special materials or material combinations can be used when necessary. The Verdergear R pumps can be equipped with heating jackets and/or by-pass (relief valve).
