The VPS series is the basic form of the Verderpro pump range. These pc pumps can be equipped with various rotor/stator geometries and are suitable for pumping low to high viscous products with or without solids. The Verderpro pumps are self priming up to 8 mwc.

The Verderpro VPS model comprises 3 types, each with specific advantages and characteristics.

• Flow rates: 50 l/hr - 500 m³/hr, pressure: up to 48 bar
• Maintenance friendly due to the pin shaft connection
• Quick disassembly of parts due to the simple pump construction
• Drive shaft with ball bearings that can be re-lubricated (VPSL)
• Partially tightened flexible stator without steel casing (VWP)
• Short, compact construction directly coupled (VPS & VPW)

The importance of seals

The reliability of these self priming pumps is partly depending on the seals of the pump. For the shaft seals you can choose a single or double mechanical seal or gland packing.

Material selection Verderpro VPS

When configuring an pc pump for your process, the selection of material is of high importance.
The housing, rotor and rotating parts are available in many materials, such as GG25, AISI 304, AISI 316, etc. The stator material is Buna-N.
