Every one active in the chemical industry is familliar with the transport and storage of chemicals. Also in the process industry many fluids tanks are emptied. Top unloading tanks

If you have a chemicals tank with a top unloading inlet, a self priming pump system is needed. The Verdermag magnetic driven centrifugal pumps are hermetically closed and have excellent priming capabilities. Without dangerous pressure at the mag drive pump Verdermag takes care of safe and reliable fluid transport when emptying tanks.

Corrosion resistance through E-TFE and Ceramic

The mag drive pump is made of E-TFE and has a Ceramic shaft for extra corrosion resistance. The shaft is connected in front and rear casing. At start up, the Verdermag pump is being filled with the fluid to be pumped. After operation when the pump is stopped, the fluid and the chemicals remain in the pump housing. A non-return valve prevents back flow. These pumps take care of a safe and secure emptying of chemicals tank, without leakage, without danger.

The max. flow of the mag drive pump is 30 m3/h. The pump has a maximum discharge head of 26 m. Self priming capabilities is 6 m.
