Verderair Almatec has recently extended its range of high pressure AODD pumps. Next to the existing non metallic range Verderair Almatec offers now the stainless steel AH-series.

These pumps are capable of creating a discharge pressure of 15 bar with a drive pressure of 7 bar. This is realized via an internal pressure booster. This brings the great advantage that the capacity remains the same (maximum capacity of AH-series is 20 m3/h).

Limited pressure, high performance

This compact premium pump is very suitable for feeding filter presses. But also in applications with a limited air pressure this pump can be of great use. For example; with an air pressure of only 3 bar this pump will build a discharge pressure of 6.5 bar.

The pump is equipped with the patented maintenance free air valve ’Perswing P®’. Only two moving parts ensure that there is absolutely no dead center in the air control system. This guarantees a non stalling operation. The air valve is besides characterized by low noise levels.
Diaphragms in the pump are made of PTFE with a EPDM lining. These diaphragms are specially designed for high pressure and long life time.
