Verder, the specialist pumping solutions supplier for the water, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, is pleased to welcome Mark Burn to the company as a new Sales Engineer.

Mark explains what experience he has to offer existing and potential customers: “I’m joining Verder from an engineering background. I was a helicopter engineer for the Royal Navy and worked as a civilian contractor for the Sultan of Oman Air Force before moving into the pump industry to work with some major suppliers as either an engineer or salesman. I had come across Verder in my previous positions in the pump industry and knew they had a good name within the industry. So good in fact I approached them with my CV. When the position of Sales Engineer became available, having kept my details on file, Verder got in touch.

“I have joined the company as External Sales Engineer for the North East working with existing and new customers. I’m looking forward to showing companies Verder’s diverse product range which offers a solution for most pumping requirements. The Verder team is very thorough and experienced and I look forward to working with such a professional company.”
